What I don't understand is that Agatha said a spell can't be changed once it's cast. Used that to give Wanda a choice of losing her family, or continuing to enslave westview.

The thing is... We've seen the hex change tons of times. It changes size, and color on Wanda's whim. It changes internally every day. We see Wanda changing things on the fly. As far as the mind control goes, Wanda, Agatha, and Vision all 3 have the ability to break the people free of that... So, what exactly is the harm in leaving the hex up, but releasing the mind control on everyone? She could have easily just freed the people while also keeping her family. Agatha had literally just released a courtyard of people and left them free, and it wasn't even her spell to alter. Vision had released Darcy and she stayed free. That's all the residents were asking for at the end.

Maybe Wanda could have freed them from her mind control, but they would have still been stuck in Westview. And nothing Wanda did to the Hex really changed its basic existence; she altered the way it looked, how people behaved, but the Hex itself as an altered area of reality was still just that.

We're still not sure if Wanda's "baby" powers stopped the bomb or if it was really a dud. The former is what Agatha thinks, but Wanda clearly still believes the latter.

that's probably the better way to do it since we are just innately curious, and that is a trait i feel is shared if a species were to evolve into a civilization.

if you leave cryprtic message, mysterious diagrams and symbols, surrounded by pillars of obelisks of unknown materials (assuming it's a less advanced civlization, say something like victorian era level of tech where deep earth excavation is possible, but they don't know what radiation is) they re gonna fucking dig it open

I imagine it's going to be like... a lot of the shit they need to get set up gets sent over first.

And then maybe shipments of food are sent on the projected flight path for the mission over several months, staggered so that the astronauts will pick up the food every month or two and have enough to last until they pick up the next box.

This is exactly how the Hermes missions are done in The Martian.

It's a 10-month trip, so it would mostly be really fucking boring. I remember someone on Twitter once saying that the crews needed to be single-gender so there wouldn't be any hanky-panky, and one of the replies was "You wanna tell him, or should I?" ^_^

Not sure but I do know the whole process of making Legos is automated meaning there's virtually no human involvement in the process so with that being said, you would think since they have no employees to pay, Legos would be cheaper.

there needs to be a completely separate oversight committee for law enforcement that isnt dependent on the same budget and can actually be impartial

And the money they pay out in damages from civil suits needs to come from each departments operating budget, not the state Treasury. If that started happening, you'd see a lot of brutality tone down.

I think they only really work for very pale skin. But if your skin clean it's not worth it. You should just go outdoors if its bright to get a better shot. Btw I've been trying to upload my pic for the last 10 minutes to show what I meant but this shitty site won't let me. I tried cropping and everything. That worked before with other pics but not now.

I normally look the same with/without filters. This Irish guy I know told me my skin looked too good. I sent unedited pics and he thought I was using filters. So I had to send him filter ones to see. Mind you this guy done seen me in person so he already knows, I guess he was focused on everything but my face at the time. Funny thing is now my normally smooth face is compromised by an ugly scar right on my forehead. I actually am shamelessly using filters at the minute. It's not working though, you can still see it cause I don't go to the extent of blemish erasing and all that crap.

There's an artist I follow and have spoken to on Twitter, she rarely posts selfies but when she does, will post one with/one without any filters. The filtered pics always look worse, she has a very clear, natural beauty.

LOL, the 5th movie is easily the worst. Made the longest book to that point into the shortest film. Neutered Umbridge, fucked over Cho as a character, and cut one of the best subplots of the series (the faculty rebellion).

Richard Harris was a fine actor, but I'll never understand why he made Dumbledore sound like he was dying of emphysema. "Welcome...wheeze...to Hogwarts...wheeze...school." Dumbledore was old, yes, but he wasn't decrepit.

Yeah, I always loved how they played with the roles in FF7. You had Tifa who was the brawler but also very shy and quiet, vs Aeris the flower girl, who makes Cloud dress in drag and is very outspoken.

Believe it or not, I actually think KH3 looks amazing and doesn't feel budgeted at all... which makes my experience with the game even worst. With all the pretty graphics, the cutscenes are hard to get through because of how awkward the character interactions are. Like not only are the dialogue cringey and repetitive (count how many times they repeat words like light, darkness, and friendship) as fuck, but they always do an awkward silence in between dialogue and do those anime grunts. It didn't really help that the gameplay could've been great if they just stuck to the KH2FM phyics, but no they had to go with the awkward floaty feel of BBS.

The first two KH games were great (the Phantom fight in KH1 is still one of my all-time favorite boss fights), but this one just felt 'meh' to me. I got through it, but I have no interest in replaying it (unlike 1 & 2, which I have done multiple times).

I don't think this is mental illness. This is someone who's never been faced with serious consequences in her life finally running into a situation she can't control. Her little brain just locked up.
